Mgr. Lucie Šímová

Lucie Šímová specialises in dispute resolution before civil courts and in arbitration proceedings, focusing on patent disputes and intellectual property disputes in general.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in 2023. She also gained knowledge of German law, international intellectual property law and European commercial law at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in Germany. She is registered as a junior associate with the Czech Bar Association.
