Lenka Brunclíková specialises in intellectual property and film law. She also gained knowledge in these legal areas during her studies at the University of Helsinki.
In intellectual property law, she focuses on trademarks, patents and unfair competition, as well as copyright law. She advises clients on trademark searches, trademark and patent applications as well as enforcement of intellectual property rights, both in the Czech Republic and abroad. Last but not least, she advises film studios and producers.
