Mgr. Ivica Miškovičová

Patent Attorney

Ivica Miškovičová specialises primarily in intellectual property law, in particular industrial property protection and specifically patents in the field of mechanical inventions, physics, engineering and related fields.

She graduated in astrophysics at the Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice and after her studies she spent several years doing research in this field. Ivica has been active in the field of industrial property since 2014. Prior to joining our firm, she worked in renowned law and patent offices in Prague, for less than five years as a patent specialist, and since 2019 as a European patent attorney.

As a Czech patent attorney and a European patent attorney, Ivica deals primarily with European patent law and represents clients not only before the Industrial Property Office in Prague, but also before the European Patent Office (EPO) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). In her practice, she cooperates primarily with Czech applicants and inventors, and provides comprehensive advice on obtaining protection for their inventions in the Czech Republic, Europe and abroad.
