Lenka Šverčičová

Lenka Šverčičová specialises in administration in connection with industrial property rights.

In the field of industrial property rights, Lenka engages in activities related to validations of European patents in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, filing applications for inventions and utility models at the Industrial Property Office, monitoring all deadlines and paying maintenance fees. She ensures the registration of patent transfers and the registration of changes of patent owners in the registers of the Czech and Slovak Patent Offices.

Prior to joining our law firm in 2023, Lenka worked for 14 years in a patent office where she gained experience in the field of industrial property rights. Prior to that, she worked as a benefits specialist in the state social support benefits department. In addition, Lenka is engaged in literary translations.
