Ing. Renata Vaňková

Renata Vaňková specialises in intellectual property law, in particular in trademark and industrial design proceedings before the Industrial Property Office (IPO), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Renata deals mainly with the preparation of optimal registration strategies, filing trademark and industrial design applications, managing and protecting the portfolio of registered industrial property and maintaining its validity, and searches and monitoring.

Renata has been specialising in the protection of industrial rights since 2011, first as a clerk in the renewal department and since 2016 as a patent attorney. Prior to joining HAVEL & PARTNERS in 2023, she worked for nearly two years as a patent attorney focusing on trademark and industrial design registration proceedings in another Prague-based law firm.
