Representation before patent offices

• representation of clients in patent revocation proceedings, including drafting a petition for revocation of a patent belonging to a third party
• representation of clients before the European Patent Office in European patent proceedings
• ensuring the validity of the rights conferred by a granted European patent (validation) in the Member States of the European Patent Convention
• representing clients in filing international applications under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) before the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and in subsequent proceedings to ensure the transfer of rights in patents, supplementary certificates and utility models, and any changes in the bibliographic data of their owners
• arranging licence applications and transfers with patent offices
